"The staff is great and made my stay so much easier. Emily made my transition from the hospital to Signature seamless. Grace, social services, kept me aware of everything that was going on for my stay and discharge. A special shout out to my nurses Katie and Allison and my CNAs Karen, Brooke, Madison, Javen, and Dionna. Signature of Cleveland has some real superstars on their team."

How would you rate your therapy services and why?

"The OT and PT staff were amazing. From top to bottom, they not only cared about my recovery but also about me as a person. They knew when to push me but also when I was pushing myself too hard. They took the time to listen, explain to me what and why we were doing things, and address any and all concerns or questions I had. I will miss each and every one of them."
